Things were going great until recently an old flame got back in touch and confessed that they still love me and want me back, this has made me question my current relationship and i have also kissed my ex since then and know that i still have feelings for them what should i do i feel terrible about what i have done and feel trapped ! Our Suggestion: You need to make up your mind. If you have the capability, talk over the situation with both parties and see what happens. Be gentle all around or you may end up with no partner.
