Boyfriend turned into a jerkSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Help, I am at my end and I dont know what to do anymore. My boyfriend and I will be celebrating our 2nd year on May 15. The last couple of months though he has turned into a complete jerk. He snaps at everything I say, he holds grudges, and is always trying to get even with me. He is always saying I am to sensitive and I need to let things go, but he doesnt! Whats the deal. He doesnt want to go out with me anymore he says he needs time with the boys, he hides information from me and tells me weeks later. Like for example he hired he friends sister who has a crush on him. She is a horrible person towards me and I said why would she come to you for a job if there are so many job opportunities around the city. anyways HE told me today that he hired a few days ago. Hmmmm, why did he hide that info I asked? well his response I dont have to share every detail of my work with you we should keep work and our private lifes separate. He puts me down in front of my parents. laughs at me and disrespects me. My parents are starting to question his behaviour. I love him so much and I dont want to break up but I dont know if I can live my life with him this way forever. I dont like feeling worthless and only getting to see him when he wants and always doing what he wants. HE doesnt comprimise. What should I do, I put to much into the relationship and I dont know how I will deal if I break up with him but at the same time I dont know if I can handle having this type of relationship. How can I help us change for the better? I am desperate for help, thankyou for your help Our Suggestion: The only thing that will solve this problem is honest, long, heart-to-heart talking where each of you feels comfortable sharing feelings. It sounds dubious that he will do this. At least give it a try. If that doesn't work, contact a marriage counselor for advice. My advice is to do something, he really sounds like bad news. Good luck!
