Any idea's of why i cannot seem to orgasm during sex? Our Suggestion: I did some research on the Internet and didn't come up with much. What you are experiencing is the opposite of the usual problem where the guy has premature ejaculation. Not having found anything useful, my advice is to talk to your family doctor about it and if he has no useful advice ask him to refer you to sex therapist.
