Visitor's Question: I've realized that my boyfriend is very jealous and it seems that he doesn't want me to have any male friends. A friend of mine from school called me the other night and my boyfriend got upset and told me he doesn't think he can trust me because i have too many male friends. How am i supposed to prove to him that he can trust me. HELP me please. It's been 3 days and he hasn't spoken to me. Our Suggestion: You can't really prove to him that he can trust you. The trust has to come from within him. He lacks self-esteem and maturity and is perhaps a controlling personality. To build up his trust, have meaningful honest discussions with him on this topic.
