Visitor's Question: my girlfriend and i of 2 years recently broke up because we just were to familier with each other, and at first is was bad we didnt talk for a week then she called me and said that her child missed me alot and wanted to see me. so i saw the child and i was still in love with my gf but she was still confused. well we tried being friends and it was cool for about a week then she tells me she has a new bf. well i was crushed but then i met an amazing new girl the next week. now i got with the new girl but i was still in love with my ex. anyway her childs birthday was today and i thought i was cool with goin to the party and seeing her and her new bf together. well i was cool at first but they were hugging and kissing in front of me and i got angry. so we played tackle football at the party and i hurt him and she called me and said what did i have to prove. well now she hates me and i feel horrible. what should i do?? i feel angry ar her and jealous, but then i still love her since we were together for so long. please help. thanks Our Suggestion: First thing to decide is whether you want to be with this new girl or not. If you want to, then stop being jealous about your ex... it is a waste of your time and hers too. You should be able to put the past into the past. If you still want to be with your ex then you have a hill to climb. She has a new boyfriend so how are you going to break them up? Answer is that you really can't. She has to come back to you and that's going to take a lot of work on your part. You would have to become her good friend again, then build up the trust and love that you used to share. It wouldn't be easy. My advice is to concentrate on your new girl and try as hard as you can to make a good relationship with her. Then you won't be thinking about your ex.
