I have an affectionate relationship with a male co-workerSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I have an affectionate relationship with a male co-worker, and we recently admitted to being attracted and liking each other, and having chemistry. I mentioned that we can casually hook-up, and he said he just can't do it cause we work together in a small office & he is seeing a girl who is in another country , and will be back at the end of the year. Now I see that he will hang out with another female co-worker who he was never interested in or affectionate to. But she asks him, and he says yes, but he won't be alone with me. I questioned him on this, and he said he hangs with her cause there is nothing there to start with. I am very confused with this behavior, cause I know he loved me as a person. And because i was hurt, i accused him of hooking up with this girl, and angered him. He's upset that I gave him looks, and accusations. But it's because I like him. Any thoughts on this or advice.......Thank you Our Suggestion: I don't see what there is to misunderstand. You two are attracted and he doesn't want to pursue the attraction because it is a small office and he already has a girlfriend. The other woman he socializes with is just a friendship. You should step back and respect his feelings which make sense to me. Good luck! George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
