I don't know the right words rather than just saying "Hey I like you a lotSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Hello, you recently responded to my question with this: "A simple way is to get her alone and tell her that you are starting to develop feelings for her and ask her how she feels. If you don''t like that idea, write her a note and give it to her or put it in her locker. Whatever you decide to do, do it now! Life is short so get out there and live it! Good luck, George" The thing I'm having trouble with this is I dont know quite what to say. I would probobly do it in person, but I don't know the right words rather than just saying "Hey I like you a lot." Which would be kind of awkward. Also (hopefully not) if she says she doesn't like me, what should I say after that so it doesn't ruin our friendship? (hopefully this wont happen!) Thanks Our Suggestion: I meant for you to literally use the words I gave you. I'll rewrite it here and include the friendship angle. Tell her "I really value our friendship and don't want to do anything to jeopardize but I am starting to develop feelings for you and wonder how you feel about me." This gives her the option of saying she would prefer staying friends (which is a good thing) or that she is developing feelings for you (a better thing). The key words are "starting to develop feelings for you." Good luck! George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
