18 yr old woman and 27 yr old man Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Im 18yrs old and I started talking to this guys at work. He's really sweet, and very flirty. But he's 27 and I want to know if its likely, that a 27 yr. old male would seriously consider a relationship with an 18 year old. He's never made a negative remark about me, and gets very quiet and shy around me if Im straight foward. Is he doing this cause he likes me, or cause he doesnt want to hurt my feelings? Our Suggestion: He might be shy or he might be sensitive to your feelings. It is very difficult to tell. Your age difference and your age would suggest that he may feel uncomfortable with you. The only way to find out is to ask him in a gentle way why he acts shy around you. Not an easy thing to do, but it is better to ask than wonder. Good luck!
