i just found this site and i must say it looks very helpfull though u browesed briefly.

and i do have a very big problem well its little problems all combined.

most currently is that i just gave my boyfreind of 8 months a hickey by accident. i read the section about hickeys and how it is a little painful and stuff but the thing is i didnt even suck on his neck it was more of a kiss even though we were being quite intimate. i have classes with him and we have to go to school tomarrow and i dont know wuts going to happen. im scared of getting a bad reputation for such a little thing. how can he effectively cover it up? and why did it happen so easily to him? but for me he actually sucks my neck a little bit and nothing happens?

i am almost 17 and so is he. we really do love eachother and are ready to have sex. but he respects me and we wont have sex because i want to be fully protected-both condom and pill. but i dont want to have to tell my mom i want to have sex and to ask her to get me on the pill. ive thought about telling her but shes impossible to deal with and will never look at me or him the same and will restrict me more than she already does. shes very protective and cautious.

how can i get the pill without her finding out or going to a clinic--i feel like i cant trust clinics. or is it ok to completely rely on just a condom? i mean i know it isnt because it can break and being the first time for both of us, something is bound to go wrong. we are definately ready, just dont want to make any mistakes. is it too soon? im really am duite confused. and we can wait and have been but when we are in the moment its getting harder and harder to hold back each time.

The hickey: he could put a bandaid over it and say he cut himself shaving. In any case, don't worry about your reputation if anyone finds out... you'd just get some teasing.

The pill: give up you lack of trust in clinics, since that is your best bet for getting pills. It's good that you want to use both pills and condoms.

My advice is to wait until you know your boyfriend more than 8 months before you start having sex and wait until you are 17. This will give you more time to investigate how to get pills.
