what if he accuses me of cheating, and i haven't done any thingSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: i have read some of you other advices about couples that always fight and how you should agree with everything they say, but what if the issue of cheating arises? what if he accuses me of cheating, and i haven't done any thing, at all with any other guy. every time he has done it before, i tell him, i never will, that's one thing you will never have to worry about, but he didn't believe me. he says it's cuz he has been cheated on before and is scare that it will happen again. no matter how many times i tell him i won't, he still wonders. how can i get him to fully believe me and get over this break in our relationship? Our Suggestion: My advice for "stupid arguments" is to give in to the other person. However, for important things the approach has to be handled differently and would not fall into the category of a fight. What you need to do when he starts in on it is to say to him that you understand how he is threatened by the possibility of your cheating on him. But you want to asssure him again that it won't happen. Start off gentle, but if he escalates his accusations say the same thing again but in a firmer tone of voice. If you do this often enough he will start to trust you since his accusations will be constantly answered in a gentle and honest fashion. Don't get to the point where you are raising your voice very much because then it would be called a fight. I hope this works for you! George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
