Im 13 and theirs this other guy thats my age we have gotten really close i mean i have kissed him and weve hugged and hes always touching my butt i like him and i think he likes me but i dont know what im going to do its all so cofusing

First rule of physical romance is: don't do anything that you feel uncomfortable doing.

Just tell your partner "I'm not ready for that yet" if he tried to do something new that you are not sure about.

You've got plenty of time to take things very slowly and feel good about what's happening at each step of the way. Talk with your girlfriends and see what they feel about it.

Everyone is different, so don't take what your girlfriends say as the law, because they may be exaggerating or joking.
