I'm the girl with the ex who's supposed to be my "best friend" even tho we dont talk that much...Suggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Hey, I'm really sorry I keep asking questions on here, I just am confused so much! Okay well yeah I'm the girl with the ex who's supposed to be my "best friend" even tho we dont talk that much... and who went out for nearly 3 years and really loved eachother, etc... well basically yesterday I went to visit him at work and talk about whats been on my mind cuz trying to talk on phone and the internet isnt working out. Basically, I wanted to know if he liked this new girl hes been getting really close to, and he said no they just talk cuz her and her boyfriend broke up too, but shes way too conceited for him to even think of dating. Basically we ended up talking for about 40 minutes, and it was friendly and comfortable, like we were still dating almost, but without kisses and that stuff. He made some comments about how hes gained so much weight but he doesnt care because he isnt trying to impress anyone, and says hes not looking to date anyone else. But, he has this journal online and in it he wrote "I am at my friends house and we are not sure what to do... I want to see someone..." does that sound like it might be another girl?? He has planned a trip to toronto with his friends, and acts like hes completely over me cuz he doesnt mope, but he says thats just cuz hes good at hiding his emotions and doesnt want to be depressed. Everyone says he seems to be totally over it. but hes always been pretty good at acting happy or making himself happy in tough times, so I dont know what to think. Well I wrote him a very long letter explaining how I feel and want a second chance (I was jealous and didnt give him as much freedom as I should have) and how I will wait for him, and also added a picture of us and two poems I had found in my diary that I wrote about him a long time ago, saying the words are still completely true and always will be. I wanted to give it to him after we hung out next, so we could have become more comfortable and him thinking of me in a positive way. However, the way things are going, I have no idea when I will be able to see him next, and I feel like the more time that goes by, the more he will start forgetting about me. So should I put it in his mailbox or visit him at work again and maybe give it to him, or should I wait until we have hung out?? And should I put like a flower with it or something, or is that too much?? Thanx once again!! Our Suggestion: Sounds like he is still interested. Go to his work and give him the letter (without a flower just because it is at work). Tell him to read it later. I think you and he have a good chance of getting back together again.
