He called before the movie but he never said anything like he couldn't make it

Do you have some advice for this person?

Visitor's Question:
This guy that really likes me, and I kind of like him, asked me to go to the movies the other day. I said yes. Before the movie he called me and asked where we should meet and confirmed that he was going. When I got to the movies he wasn't there. I called his house and his mom said that he wasn't there. I figured he was in the way. About 3min. before the movie I decided that I should go in and maybe he would be in there. He never came. He hasn't called me and he proably won't for awhile. I don't know if I should call him or not. I know he wouldn't do that to me because we were pretty good friends. What should I do? Should I call him? I kind of don't want to talk to him because he made me feel like I didn't matter. He called before the movie but he never said anything like he couldn't make it, and he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to make it. What should I do?



Our Suggestion:
He sounds like an A-1 jerk to me.

But, maybe there is a good excuse. That is doubtful, however, because he would have called you with an explanation.

If you want to get an answer you will have to call him. Maybe he is too shy to call you and explain.

In any case, unless he has a darn good reason, my advice is to dump him fast!
