i have been working with x for 3 years and have had a crush ever since. trouble is...we both have significant others and both of us are bored. i flirt with x and i think he is flirting back but i cant tell. we recently went out after work and he made a few comments that said "i like you too". however, it is off and on. never around anyone else. i think he likes me sometimes and not others. when he is leaving the room i get a prolonged smile. or sometimes he doesnt say a word to me. i complain of the hot weather and he says "lets get naked". some days he acts like i dont exist. maybe i just want to know for ego sake...but i would like to know the infamous question...does he like me?

He's probably wondering the same thing about you.

While you both have partners, it is difficult to give advice... other than first get your acts together with your partners and then start looking for someone new.

Assuming you do that, go out for drinks again and ask him if he is interested in you or just passing the time of day.
