Do you have some advice for this person?

Well, I was going out with someone I met over the Internet and at first it was a dream. On the night we saw each other for the first time he gave me a beautiful rose that I kept even after it died...for a few days. Now take in consideration that it's only been about a month since we've been going out. Two days ago we went out to a near by club and when I asked him if he still liked how our relationship was going he said things were getting a bit to hard for him. He said he wanted us to be friends instead. This hurt me quite a bit since I actually was developing feelings for him. He said it wasn't my fault...it had nothing to do with me, that is was him. The only issue I remember right now is that he would not answer my phone calls anymore...somewhat near the end and he would cancel most of our dates. Can you tell me what I might've done wrong...I never called him that much as it was so he wouldn't get annoyed and I was always anitiating our encounters/dates. I would always be the one asking him if we could kiss, hug, or hold hands. I really wanted this to work! He acted like he really liked me in the beginning and he would always say I was beautiful.



Our Suggestion:
Some things are just not meant to be and there is no good explanation for it.

That sounds like what happened to you. You probably did absolutely nothing wrong but he had second thoughts and decided to just be friends.

All you can do is remain friends and hope that the more powerful feelings return.
