Do you have some advice for this person?

I have a really big problem.I have been married for five years but have been with my husband for 10 and for the past year and a half I have been having an affair with a man who is 60.I am 31.I love this man more than I have ever loved anyone.We got along so well and despite the age difference,had alot in common,we had such a connection.Well,almost two months ago he told me we couldnt see each other anymore because its not right.I know he is right but I miss him so much and my marriage has been unhappy for a long time.I dont know what to do.I have been wanting to leave my husband.Not just for this other man but for myself as well.This man wont even talk to me anymore.I know this has been hard on him too.Please I really need advice



Our Suggestion:
Could it be that your ex is afraid that you will want to marry him?

Is he married too? Perhaps he has re-evaluated his home life and decided he didn't want to disturb it.

Are there children involved--that may have affected his thinking.

Somehow saying it isn't "right" while true does not really sound like he is coming clean with you.

My suggestion is to see a marriage counselor with your husband to see if the relationship is fixable. If it isn't then divorce and approach your ex as a "free" woman.
