I have a girl that is jewish. I'm Christain. Not only that, she's a white girl, im an asain. We are both in 9th Grade and she seems shy to me. But, how can I try to get to get her to hang out with me more?

Generally speaking, you have to say hi (with her name) and smile every time you are close enough to do it. She will say hi back eventually (probably the first time). After that's working, then add on "How's it going" and she will say "fine" and soon you will be be friends.
