I want to take her to the homecoming dance on October 21

I know it's kind of long, but it's all for the question.

OK. I like this girl a lot even from last year (school). Well, I didn't have the guts to ask her anything or to talk to her. But this year, I wrote a letter saying how she was attractive with a good smile. I told her if she wanted to find me, I would give her clues. So, I gave it to her and I said it was from someone else. Well, a few days later (today) (during other days I waved at her and smiled) this morning, when the bell rang to go to first class, I stood by her and was frozen, but she didnt see me. So, as she was walking away, her friend told her to look around, I waved and gave the come here wave too. She was smiling and said I can't I have class. After school, I went up to her and her group of friends, and they all said, we'll leave you and your "friend" alone and they left. One of her freidns was telling her to turn around, and she was smiling and walked away, but she came back and I asked her about the person who wrote the letter, was me. She smiled and asked how I knew her and so on I said... I asked if I could talk to her this weekend, and she said she couldnt. So I said, want my number anyway and she said sure. So I gave her a picture of me with my phone number on the back. She was really shy, and her acts of this week were kinda cool.

Does this mean I'm doing good flirting with her? What should I do or keep doing to get her heart, because I want to take her to the homecoming dance on October 21? Thanks for reading this, Sorry it was long but if I just asked the question you wouldn't know what happened. But thanks :).

Sounds like you are doing very well.

You got her attention and pleased her. You gave her your number and picture. I think you out to ask her to the Homecoming dance because it's coming up pretty soon. She may be to shy to say yes right away so tell her it's ok to think it over and let you know. If she doesn't contact you right away, ask her the next day if she made up her mind.

It's probably a 50-50 chance that she will say yes, but you'll never know if you don't ask.
