When is she ready for a kiss on the lips?Suggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Okay as normal as you may already think this is our relationship is a little different. re in love because of who each other is. To be quite honast the furthest we have gotten is a kiss on the cheek. This brings me to my question, i'm a guy so of course i always think about going a little bit further. But when will i know if she wants to go futher. I don't want to upset her or make her do anything shes not ready for. Our Suggestion: It's very good of you to be thinking about what she wants!! Definitely the most important thing in any relationship is to trust each other and care for each other - to not push each other into anything. So the fact that you are thinking about her and worried about moving too quickly for her is very, very good. Kissing on the cheek and hugging are great things. They are part of most friendships, and are a great way to show someone you care for them without being pushy or threatening. So it's wonderful that you two are doing that for each other. Kissing on the lips is actually pretty normal too, for many friends and family. It's an ethnic thing - some areas of the world have you kiss on the cheek, some on the lips, some on both cheeks, and so on. So really both types of kisses can be 'friendly' caring kisses and not something scary. So if you guys are already kissing on the cheek, keep that up. Each time you see her and then each time you say good bye, give her a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Just a soft, gentle kiss, to say "Take care". Sometimes do it on one cheek, sometimes on the other. Sometimes kiss her hand! The point is to show her that a kiss is a sign of tenderness from you, no matter where the kiss is. Make it sort of a fun thing - where will you kiss this time? Maybe the left hand? Maybe the right? Maybe the palm? Maybe the high cheek part? Maybe lower on the cheek? Then you can do her nose and her chin. After a week or two of this, a kiss on the lips will be just as fun and just another part of the body. --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
