Whenever a jealous thought enters your mind, tell it in no uncertain terms to go away and stop bothering you. Say that your girlfriend loves you and you trust her and are not worried about the past. Do this 100 times or as long as it takes and the jealous thoughts will give up and disappear. A lot of guys are in a similar situation but their girlfriend actually slept with 15 guys before them.
