He talked non stop about his girlfriendSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I met a guy through a video game. He left for a while then came back for me. He told me he was 21 and I was 23 at the time turns out he was only 16! I pushed him away even flirted with other guys in his face. But for some reason I couldn't let him go. We became really close friends, I told him all of my secrets and he told me all of his. Finally he turned 18, and my affections were now in his favor. So we decided to meet each other in 6 months and things are always on and off with us. I was never a very nice person because it was hard excepting a relationship with some one so young. When we met it was like magic though. He looked about as old as I did, and I was his first love first everything just about. It was a great week. A month later he paid for me to fly out to him and we had a wonderful weekend together. This guy spent 2 years dedicated to me. Practically obsessed over me. I thought I was in total control of him, I became almost like a monster. The whole time my exboyfriend the father of my son was ALWAYS around. I would even occasionally sleep with him, but that was up until me and this other guy met. My ex was furious when he found out, he told him we slept together after we met. Now my internet love started doubting me. It took a lot of time but I finally got rid of the ex. But now my new love tells me he loves me but is not in love me any more. Now hes got a girlfriend, and for the past couple weeks hes been doing drugs and drinking. He says hes "changed" and I can see that he has. I practically begged him to stay. I even told him I was pregnant. I got really sick and didn't want to keep up the lie so I told him I lost the baby. I called him a couple times and one of the few times I told him I had guy intersted in me. And he started asking questions about him. During that conversation he brought up things that we did intimately, and he talked non stop about his girlfriend. This weekend he first asked why I was home so late on Friday. I said I went to dinner and he was like "oh" but he was a total jerk to me because hes having some real personal issues,so I told him that it was too hard to be his friend when he treated me like trash and he calmed me down and made me feel better. He then tried to call me on Saturday but I had my line tied up, he wanted to tell me he was sorry for acting like a jerk. Then Sunday I told him that the guy I went out with Saturday was a little too fresh with me. He nearly went ballistic. He demanded his number and refused to talk to me if I didn't give him his number. Well there was no guy so there was no number. We got in a heated conversation and he started goin on about going to his new girlfriends and said he'd talk to me later, I told him no he wasn't and hung up. Then he calls me back 5 min later and apologies for being a jerk. I told him I just needed him there to be a friend and not to be my hero. I reminded him he was no longer my boyfriend. He then called me later that night, to "cheer me up." The conversation was mainly about him and his new girlfriend, but at one point he brought up a memory of losing his virginity to me. Today, no emails and seems like I'm back on the ignore list. I'm doing my best to ignore him, but its hard. I love him more then any one. He was so great when we were together I hardly know this person out side our relationship. I can't help but want him back, and I can't tell what's going on here. When we first broke up he told me point blank that he would NEVER feel the same about me. He was supposed to move here in 2 years to finish up school but he changed his mind to go to another state. Last time we talked about it though he had second thoughts and sounds like hes going with his original plan. I know hes too young for me now, I think he needs to do some soul searching, but I want him eventually. I can't help this need I wish I could turn it off, but deep down in me I feel he is the one, and at one time I was the same for him. I can't believe he would have put in 2 years of hard time to not want this. Am I just waisting my time or do you think theres still a chance? Our Suggestion: Yes, I think you are wasting your time on him. Although some of what you said sounds like he is still interested, most of the evidence says he has a new girlfriend and you are now just a friend. Take advantage of that to stay close to him and perhaps he will come back. Good luck! George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
