Visitor's Question:
there is this girl that I have been sworn enemies with for 3 years since sixth grade(im in nineth grade now) ond one day in ninethgrade(recently)i started to develop a crush on her explanable i think not? when she found out she rejected me imediately. soon after we got in a BIG BIG ARGUMENT, being the female she automaticaly won. then her birthday came up and i gave her a birthday present. the next week my math teacher got the bright idea to make us sit together. she would only talk t me for the bare necesity of it. so the weekend after that the school hosted a halloween dance( she's a pretty girl but since we were enemies i always told her she was ugly) she came in this really sexy dress and i started to like her again. so i kept talking about how hot she looked and this annoyed my friends, so one of my friends went up to her and told her that i wanted to dance with her. so she then said she dosent care if i wanted to dance with her. then one of her friends said hey your dress is sexy. then i said i know it is, and then she just stared at me. the next week she came in and started talking to me and was acting like she was my friend. so i decided to take the nice guy approach and said she looked nice that day. and now we talk the whole class intead of doing our work. but i have a couple of questions is it possible that she likes me? what can i do to get closer to her. and should i ask her out now or should i give a little more time (since weve been enemies and all) what should I do?

Our Suggestion:
Give it some more time before asking her out. You have too many years of bad blood for it to change overnight.

On the other hand, she clearly likes you now and the feeling is mutual. So build on those good feelings and get closer to her. Try to be the best friend you can be.

Don't be surprised if some of that old enemies behavior pops up again but try to bring the feelings back to the good side. She will appreciate that you are trying to save the relationship.

I wish you the best of luck! George
