hey me and my ex boke up about month an a half to 2 months ago i broke up with her but i didnt really meen for it to go that far i waas really p*ssed off and thought i could go through with it but i couldnt but she said she wanted this and it was good that i did it were together for about 2 an ahalf years i love her to death she was my first love and i would do ne thing to have her back with me but she has a new boy friend i dont knw if shes on the rebound or not theyve only bin together for a week or so ive been trying to get back together with her but she says she wants a change but then she said they might not last that long and would for sure get back together with me if they didnt shoud i wait or move on ?

From the way she is talking, I would suggest you wait a bit before moving on.

She's only been with this guy a week or so and already she is talking about the possibility of splitting up with him. She is probably on the rebound as you suggested.

So wait a while and cross your fingers.

Meanwhile, call her once a week to see how she is doing, to let her know that you still care for her, and to stay in contact. Keep away from relationship talk unless she brings it up. Be cheerful and only talk for 15 mins.
