I'm better now but still very depressed and I go to counseling because this pain feels endlessSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I had a relationship for a while with whom I feel is the love of my life. We just didn't spend enough time together towards the end. I was missing the time we had spent together ut now that things are over between us I don't think I can make it with out him. I wrote him a letter explaning somethings to him and we are still friends through all of this but here is the weird part.....I am really good friends with his sister and we talk naturally as girls do but she says he still loves me and misses me but I don't know what to think because hes hot one minute and cold the next he gets so angry around me and I him because all I want is for us to be together after the break-up I became really sick and was not eating and when i would eat I would get sick (on purpose). I'm better now but still very depressed and I go to counseling because this pain feels endless. And we were intimate but Please help with anything would be great. Thank you. Our Suggestion: Pay close attention to what your counselor suggests. And be very honest with that person. My unprofessional advice is for you to call him once a week to see how he is doing, to let him know you care, and to maintain contact with him. Don't discuss your relationship, be cheerful, and keep the call to 15 mins. This will give him space to figure out his problems and will also allow you to have regular contact with him. Good luck!
