We see each other at work everyday and have lunch together. We also speak on the phone, im, and text each other every day. At work and alone we flirt with each other and some of it includes sexually jokes. We hang out together so much and flirt with each other so much that our co-workers think that something is goin on between us. Some even mentioned it to the both of us and it made her and I very uncomfortable. Outside of work we hang out and go shopping together and go out to dinner together. Shes mentioned that she wants to find a boyfriend but can never find the right guy. Another problem is that she's a different religion then me and she tells me that it is easier to date a guy that is of the same religion. I know that she has dated other guys of a different religion though. I really like her and want to be more than just friends but I don't know if she feels the same way and if she just sees me as just a good friend. I have dropped hints that I like her by paying for dinner or lunch numerous times, surprising her with a cup of coffee in the morning, telling her how cute i think she looks, or just helping her out when ever she needs it. I want to tell her how I feel but I'm affraid to say anything because we work together and I don't want things to get weird. Tell her you are "developing feelings" for her and see how she responds. If she says she wants to remain friends then be sure to ask her out very quickly again so that the friendship doesn't lag.
