He cheated on me with my best-friend's wifeSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: My fiance and I have been together for 4 years next month. He and I both met in the military, during an overseas assignment. I got pregnant with our son, who is almost three now when he was preparing for deployment. He returned, almost a year went by, and I came up for deployment at the same time he came up on a new assignment he had to go to school for. So, my son went to stay with my parents until he was out of the school and into his his assignment. Two days after I deployed, he cheated on me with my best-friend's wife. This happened almost a year ago and ever since, I haven't been attracted to him, haven't felt like I love him, but I don't know if I can financially handle moving away from him and raise our son by myself. He's a great guy, but I just don't love him or trust him, and I don't think I can manage taking care of my son will all of the bills we've accrued since being together. Our cost of living has decreased by almost half! I want to end this torture and playing the 'happy housewife' role and get on with my life. I couldn't possibly think of ever loving again since I've been cheated on numerour times in the past. I just want my son to be in a stable environment and home without arguing. Our Suggestion: If you are still in the military or if your fiance is you have access to excellent psychological counseling including marriage counseling. Be sure you have taken advantage of this resource before making any irreversible decisions. You have every right to leave your fiance after what he has done. You can always find another man. But let a professional counselor help you with these decisions. Good luck! George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
