He has been cheating for about 6 months.Suggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I am a 40 year old woman involved with (or was) a 51 year old man for four years. We were in love, had known eachother for 16 years before getting involved and I found out on Christmas Eve that he has been cheating for about 6 months. I am still devastated. I left him a message that it "was all out in the open now and he was still lying"....I called the woman and was very nice to her in order to get information and my b/f still denied it. I left him a message called him a peice of S*** and to never dial my number again. Instead, he called my friend to explain. The problem is, I am not getting over this. And I haven't spoken to him and I am miserable. I still love him and he has committment issues. How do I deal with this? Our Suggestion: My advice is to see a professional counselor. Both of you should go together ideally, but you would still get a lot out of it by going alone. I think the counselor will advise you to examine yourself and decide whether you still want him or not. Once you make that decision the next steps are pretty clear. The counselor will help you with your self examination. Good luck! George --Your Friendly Advisors at RomanceClass.com
