Visitor's Question: I have been dating this girl for about 2 months now and I don't know where our relationship stands. She has been quite obvious when she says she does not have a boyfriend, which wouldn't bother me that much except that she has told me her definition of a "boyfriend" is someone you see exclusively. We see each other at least 3 times a week, I have met her daughter and her entire family and everyone likes me, we have never had a serious argument, and I don't believe she is seeing anyone else. With the amount of time and money I am putting into the relationship though, I would like to know that we are exclusive even if we don't label our relationship.. however I am afraid of scaring her off or pushing her too fast. Can you offer any advice? Our Suggestion: Give it another month or two. Then ask her to be your g/f. She should know by then how she feels about you.
