He tells me not to get upset, but when my ex makes ANY contact with me he freaks out. I think that he still has feelings for her, and I don't know of any way that I "beat" her, because it always seems like she's better than me. What do I do? Our Suggestion: First off she isn't better than you. If you made a long list you would discover that you are equal on most things and that you are ahead in some and she's ahead in some.
