I dont care what her brother will think

Do you have some advice for this person?

i am a 23 years old male studing computer engineering.
On septemeber 2003 one of my best college friends little sister(now age 20) came to the same town we were studing to enter a similar college.
After the first college year during the May of 2004 she spoke to another friend of mine that she liked me like hell and she was going crazy cause i kept discussing and asking her for advices on other girls i liked the whole past year.
I personaly never saw her us more than a friend cause she was my friends sister and you know, was off limits.
But after that confession of hers, and since i never had any relatioship till then i thought that i kinda liked her .
I told her that i had similar feelings about her and we got together for two months had a great time and kept calling each other for the whole summer.
It was the first relationship for both of us.Her brother still knew nothing.
After we got back from holiday i met her at the airport to pick her up , and i didnt like the way she was dressed.The
little,innocent girl i knew before the summer had been dressed like a whore(as i told her) and i hated it.Meanwhile her brother found out everything and the heat was tremendOus on me. Another problem was that i come from an old fashioned family and my ideas about moral life came to the surface at the wrong time.We broke up and never had sex, we were virgins.
The current guy she sees is propably her first.

Before i knew it i dumped her even if she asked for a last kiss in order for her to know i really dont love her, and i stopped speaking with two of my best friends.I told her that i liked her like hell but i wouldnt be able to offer her my best cause of my religious ideas and it was all my mistake apart from her dressing like that.
It was november 2004 when she came at my house after almost a month not speaking and wanted to have a talk about me being ok if she got together with another boyfriend she had met.
I told her that was fine with me and there was no reason to even ask me cause we were over.
Since December 2005 i have started hunging out with her brother and the other friends i had lost, again. But seeing her with the boyfriend in my friends house i have started wanting her more and more.She still seems to try look nice when i am around, arranging parties so i will come,etc. This is noticed not only by me but by others too. Her current boyfriend is mad at me , we havent exchanged a word in her house but i can tell he doesnt like the idea of teh ex walking around in her house.
I wonna make a move, but there is a chance that i misinterpeted her singals, there is a chance i loose my friend again.
Any advise on what to do?
I dont think my friend will be that annoyed this time, and honestly i like her and i dont care what her brother will think.

Our Suggestion:
Since she has been with a new boyfriend for over a year now it is unlikely that she will come back to you.

You should be prepared for that possibility. She is probably just being nice to you when she invites you to her parties. Perhaps you could ask her quietly if she still likes you and tell her that you still like her. This will give her the idea of breaking up with her boyfriend and coming back to you.

But my feeling is that she now sees you as a friend rather than a boyfriend.
