Should I ask him out?
Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old FemaleI have lived next to my neighbor guy for almost three years now. He is really great guy. If I had to pick his best trait his looks and his personality would tie for first. I see him about every day outside when I am watering my flowers, playing with my kids etc. We often make small talk which is quietly uncomfortable. Neither of us is in a relationship right now. He is the shy type and I have waited for him to ask me out...with no results. It is hard to know whether he is just not interested or is just too shy. Should I take a chance and ask him out? I can handle him saying "no"...but I do live next door to him, so if things don't work out then it will always be uncomfortable.
RomanceClass.com AdviceYou should take the chance and ask him out. If you don't take chances you will lead a blah life.
Even if he says no, you can avoid future discomfort by always saying hi and trying to get at least a short conversation going.
Good luck! George
