should i still date him knowing it cant last?

i just found out my boyfriend has heartfailure and isnt expected to live to be 30....i love him and wanted to have a family with him but knowing he may die before im 25 leaves me wondering if i should date him and look into marrage or tell him i cant because of his heart....but i think that will leave me guilty...please i need some advice!...

First off, you need to get some good advice from your parents and church advisors.

Then consider this, continue to go out with him but make it clear that you can't consider marriage because of his health. This will probably mean that after a while you will split up. That might be better than just splitting up right now.
