She Broke Up for No Reason

My girlfriend just broke up with me a day ago after being together for 4 months. I still love her and she says she still loves me, but she broke up with me because she was scared to have a long relationship. I really want her back. How can I get her to go out with me again.

It sounds like you really have to sit down and have a talk with her. *Something* was bothering her about the relationship. It's not like you had an expiration date on you! Why did she choose to break up with you this week and not a month ago or not a month in the future? Something was bothering her enough to have her call it quits.

Yes it may be hard for her to put it into words but it is critical for BOTH of you that she learns to do this. A relationship is all about trust and communication. She needs to trust that you will be there for her. You need to trust her to tell you what she is feeling. Most people search for years to find someone they are comfortable with. She's going to have to learn how to handle that close feeling. Or is she going to just keep switching from boyfriend to boyfriend every 3 months for her entire life?
