She's Not a Phone Person

Well i'm the one that always calls my girlfriend up and try to talk to her but i feel that she doesn't really like me that much. And when we are together i feel like she likes me could you help me.

If she gets along well with you in person, that's the important part! Lots of people are just not phone people. They're not comfortable talking on the phone. Heck, phones have only been around for 100 years or so, for thousands of years before that nobody had to deal with phones. They all had relationships without any trouble!

So don't fret about the phone. Use it to touch base. Maybe write letters to each other in the old fashioned snail mail and send them to each other. And spend a lot of time with each other. If that's how she's happiest, that's the way to be together!
