I really do love him but i say horrible things to him
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old FemaleHi i just broke up with my boyfriend because things with my family started to make me argue with him and that they said that i would get along better with the family if i was to split up with him. After i broke up with him he started to be angry and say a lot of horrible stuff, he was upset because he gave me support while i was having these problems, i used to have arguments with him about the smallest things and that i i have a really bad jealousy problem with him as i cant stand him speaking to other girls as he has a few girl mates. I always want to be with him and he says he likes to go out with his friends because he goes to university he doesnt see them much and only sees me when he comes down to see me. I really do love him but i say horrible things to him and that i always say after the break up that i have found someone else, because i wanted him to be upset. im really depressed cos he wont even speak to me as it has been a week now.
RomanceClass.com AdviceWhat exactly do you want to do with your ex? Do you want to get back with him or do you want him to leave you alone? Your email wasn't clear about what you want out of all this.
I think that your family is important, but I also think that they should support you in your choices instead of trying to break you two up. I also think that you should look more closely about your desire to hurt the exboyfriend because that really closes the door on any decent relationship with him in the future. You can write down all those horrible things on paper but never tell him. Treat him as if you wanted to date him again instead, and if it does come to pass that you date him again, he'll be closer to you and care about you more than if you'd wrecked him in the breakup.
