Celebrating an Anniversary
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old FemaleHi, My Boyfriend and I will be together a year in Feb. on the 15th, I want to get him something that will say WOW. and i want it to be special anyone have any hints. I would really appreciate any help thanks
RomanceClass.com AdviceCongratulations!
Really, the whole special thing about anniversaries is that this one date in time is about YOU and HIM. So any sort of generic gift like "chocolates" or "a card" is meaningless because that is something that millions of people get for millions of other people. It says nothing at all about why you and he are so special together.
So sit down and think about you two. What do you guys love to do together? What is his favorite hobby in the whole world? Get a present that *shows* that you've been paying attention to him this past year and know his loves and dreams. If he loves Spider Man Comic Books, get him a collector's edition. If he loves mustang cars, buy him a book on them. Whatever you get, it's not the actual physical gift that matters much - it's the knowledge that you bought it because you KNEW him and KNEW what he loves.
