please help me she was my 1st love and means everything too me

hi i hav been on this before about a ago. i hav just split up with my ex about 6 weeks ago. she says she doesn t love me anymore which i don t believe then she wants me to ring her up and that she misses me. she texted me in the morning asking for sex saying no one makes me feel like you do.
she says she still loves me but can t be in a relationship. she has her exams and is moving house and schools and her mum is marrying someone else. so she has got a lot happening in her life. the thing is i don t understand we never argued we loved each other so much then she just changed she looks tired and stressed. we hav recentley argued which we never used to do but she is not just arguing with me it is her friends and familly. I really want her back because i am happy when am with her. i need your advice please. i know she loves me but she can t face it.last week i sent her a big long text message saying i will always love her but i can t see you anymore or talk to you because it is hurting me too much and it is in your hands if u want me back. she still hasn t contacted me and am getting worried. please help me she was my 1st love and means everything too me

First she breaks up, but then she still loves you, but then she has too much going on the spend time with you.

What can you do? Have a close, honest long talk with her and try to determine where things stand between you and her. She needs support during this time of stress.
