Sit your guy/girl down alone in a quiet space and force them to talk to you.
let them know what is bothering you, it may be school, work, social life.
have a TWO WAY conversation, you need to look into your partners eyes and talk to them sincerely.
if that doesnt work still i like to use "talk to me or it's over!!" only as a last resort though.
