Have one partner close their eyes (no peeking!) while he does this, get as close to him as possible without him knowing. then, without breathing or letting him know your there, get right next to his lips and stay there for a few seconds until you kiss him passionately! Then have him do this back to you.. its a great way to keep the anticipation up ;)
