Fights and Arguing:
Destructive Behavior:
Always and Never

Be careful with these words. They may be the easiest word to describe how you feel at the time. In a passionate argument they might actually describe how you see reality at the moment. Always and Never rarely occur. They are hurtful. They make a person feel as though they are not good enough, not trying hard enough or are not appreciated or being recognized for the things they are or are not doing. Don't describe how it ALWAYS or NEVER is, describe how that single incident or action made you feel.
