What to do is get comfy next to your bf/gf on a bed preferably after a good day out and talk a little to start. What I did was just go for a little peck, then pulled back and then my bf gave me a peck to, we started to make-out and then i put my leg over his body (lying down) felt really good cause we felt a lot closer! whilst fully frenching we were like half sitting/half lying down
