Spending more time together
Each partner in a relationship has to want to be with the other person, and be in the relationship because they wish to be. What does your partner like to do? Offer to do those things with him or her. Where does he/she like to go? Go there. If he/she enjoys being with you, and enjoys doing those things, then he/she would naturally wish to spend them time doing them.
This is assuming he/she doesn´t have other things like work or school that *has* to get done ... in that case, read a book until you can be together :)
