Do a Short Exercise
There are many, many exercises that can be done in just 1 or 2 minutes even while you're standing in line. There are shoulder shrugs, tippy-toe stands, torso twists. All of these help to release tensed muscles and release stress. Exercise has a HUGE effect on feeling better and letting stress go.
