I dont no what to do?

This isnt the first time i have liked this girl ,but this is the first time that i have felt different about her. The other times were just "yea i liked her." but this time i cant stop thinking about her. She has told all my friends that she likes me sooooooo much and we have been hanging out since i found out she liked me. the other day we must have kissed about 20 times ,but we arent even going out. I just cant stop thinking about her. She is an amazing and beautiful girl. I just havent told her how i feel about her. Im afriad that she will think i am a nut.
please help me out.
