How am I suppose to hang out with her?

Im 15 yeras old. I have this problem where I try to be nice to this one girl that I like, and I just want to get to know her. She always says "Oh im busy, Im hanging out with my friends on that day." Is there any other way I can Get to know her.
P.S.: She always wants to hang out with her friends

Can you ask if it's ok for you to hang out with her friends too?
