do i need to give it time?
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Malei go to university i'm 20years old and about 5 months ago i moved into a new college, anyway i met this amazing girl when i moved in and now 5 months down the track i'm starting to fall for her. there's a few things i'm a little worried about tho. e.g silly things that people always say like "oh you can't be in a relationship with someone in your own college because that would be incest." and apparently girls like to date taller guys and she's half a head taller than me. i personally think those are ridulous but when i get close to her those things pop into my head and i lose confidence very quickly.
there is one other issue tho, about a week ago she just got out of a two and a half year relationship.
p.s. thats when i realised that i like her.
any suggestions on what i should do? thanks.

Ask her out for dinner and see what develops. Keep in mind that everyone (including girls) respect confidence in another person. So if you generally have a confidence problem try to work on it.
