My friend thinks she is fat

my friend who i like and want to be more then friends with.she thinks she is fat because diabetes.what do i say to her and how do i act to her

Let her know you find her beautiful! Don't bring up the word fat, or say anything to indicate that other girls might be thinner. Just simply, honestly tell her she is pretty and you like her, and that you want to know if she likes you. Ask her out on a 'real date'. Treat her like any other girl you are wooing. :)
