I Want to Stop Being Jealous
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old FemaleHello my question is that I would like to not be jealous anymore of anyone, I get very jealous of other girls because I feel that they are prettier then me and I don't see my boyfriend saying different.
How could I get rid of this awful jealousy?

in essence you have to learn to trust your boyfriend. If you are going to worry that "someone is prettier", that is going to be true no matter HOW pretty you are. Let's say you are the most gorgeous blonde that exists. But what happens if he decides he wants to try out a red-head instead? If you're the most gorgeous red-head in the world, now let's say he wants to try out a brunette. Let's say you are really big breasted. Maybe he'll get bored of that and want someone that is trim and athletic instead. No matter WHAT shape and size you are, he could always decide he wants variety and to go for someone else that is beautiful in a different way.
In the end, loving someone has very little to do with the body shape they have. As you've probably learned, growing up from a little toddler, your body shape has been changing constantly! And believe me, it doesn't stop. Your body shape is going to KEEP changing and changing as you get older. So to obsess over what your body is shaped like "this second" is pretty meaningless. And to obsess how it compares to other women "this second" is also meaningless. He loves what you are as a PERSON. And that love is what will stay strong no matter how your (OR his) bodies change over the years.
