My boyfriend and i have been going out for a month. he is really respectful of me, and we are inbetween 2nd and third base i guess, by your measure. I won't let him go underneath my underwear, but I was wondering if there was anyway I could turn him on, without going any farther? I would really appreiciate the help. We are 18 and 20. thanks
