Relationship of 13 and 18 year old

ok i am 13 and my boyfriend is 18 is that totaly wrong if all were looking for is a nice and truthful relationship not sex at all and how should i tell my parents ???

If you two simply want to be friends who do not date other people, there is no issue. You two don't need to "date" then. You need to agree to be best friends. Parents shouldn't have a problem with that. But if your aim is to DO things with each other, then most parents WOULD have an issue with that.

You really should wait until you're 16 to date a guy that much older than you, for all sorts of reasons including serious legal ones. Until then, agree to be best friends.
